It has a comfortable sitting room/dining room with sky TV, a sumptuous leather sofa beside the wood burner and large table to enjoy meals sourced from the wonderful butchers and fish shop in Kelso.
The hemmel arch window allows the morning sun to bathe the room in light. Starry skies are a delight also. The kitchen is well equipped and has a door onto the decking where you can relax on the new recliners and light up the barbeque and enjoy a magical view.
One field away is the Eden water perfect for relaxing by, paddling, fishing and birdwatching.
