Edmonston House offers chalet-style farmhouse self catering accommodation near Kelso in the Scottish Borders with commanding views over the Eden and Tweed valleys to the Cheviot Hills in the south and over rolling farmland to Hume Castle perched on the horizon to the north. There is so much space in the garden and farm you don’t need to leave the place! It has 5 bed rooms.
Edmonston is surrounded by lawn and a colourful herbaceous border and summer house.

Ground Floor:
- The lounge has an open fire and reclining chairs and extends into a sun room with panoramic views over the beautiful Border countryside.
- The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, with a serving hatch.
- Also downstairs is a twin room with TV, WC and large shower, utility room, porch and spacious hall.
Upstairs:
- There are 4 bedrooms - one king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one king size bedroom, a double room, and a twin room.
- There is a second bathroom and an airing cupboard.
